A cardiac rehabilitation mobile app that integrates Fitbit API service. The app provides useful and comprehensive insights into the health data of elderly people and offers targeted exercise program to improve their health.

The app connects with Fitbit service in a single tap. It comes ready. No customizations or settings required!

Comprehensive details about the fitness activity including steps taken, active minutes as well as floors climbed
HRR statstics displayed in MIN, AVG, MAX
Beautifully presented graphs to display 30Sec and 2Min HRR
Remote patient monitoring via time-bound custom excercise routines to keep an eye on their health status
Easily keep track of multiple profiles and switch between them.
